1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide better services to all our users. This includes:

• Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email, and password (securely hashed, we never store plain passwords).
• Workspace Data: Meeting room names, locations, and unique emails generated on our domain.
• Calendar Events: When you invite a room email to a meeting, our system processes the event metadata (title, organizer name, start/end times) to update displays and calendar feeds. We do not store or process details of your email bodies.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our room display synchronization services.
• Process calendar invitations in real-time.
• Generate and serve custom secure iCal sync feeds.
• Improve our product and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Communicate with you regarding updates, support inquiries, or billing.

3. Data Sharing and Security

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with sub-processors necessary to run the app (such as Supabase for database hosting and Stripe for payment processing). We implement standard industry security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.

4. Your Rights
